Fantastic location but if not for that the hotel would have been very ordinary. We had a view of the Leaning Hotel which was a real bonus, some rooms don't have this luxury. Very rude staff (the first rude people we encountered during our 3 week trip). TINY rooms and an even tinier bathrooms. I am a small person and couldn't even stand in the bathroom. Old and dirty. Its only good point: its very excellent location right by the tower and the Duomo. more
