The location is perfect and the price is very reasonable! We were so close to Pisa's Miracle Square that we could visit the square multiple times during the course of the day, while always being no more than 4-5 minutes away from the hotel to take breaks, eat, and let our 2 yr. old nap. My sister and I stayed here overnight some time ago and I have to say it was perfect, the staff were superb and the location was better. We stayed in this inexpensive hotel for 1 night. The room, like the hotel, was a bit shabby but nothing a fresh lick of paint wouldn't cure. We stayed at Villa Kinzica Pisa for 2 days in July. The hotel is located close to the Leaning Tower. The rooms are air-conditioned. Our room (triple) has wide gap around the door frame. The hotel is perfect for, let's be honest, the only sights of Pisa. You can see the tower from the hotel.
