This hotel was OK. It is recommended in my Rick Steves guide book. Location is amazing and I had a view of the Tower from my room. Hotel staff was just so-so. Not extremely friendly. I think they really would like their job if it weren't for the tourists but unfortunately, darlings, tourists make your job possible! The restaurant next... more

We decided last minute to spend the night in Pisa after a 3 hour drive. We came across this and were delighted. It is a basic 3 star, the bathroom was a bit smelly, but the room spacious, bed comfortable, and for only 95 a night, very reasonable. Touristy restaurants nearby, but an easy walk down the main shopping street... more

The location is perfect and the price is very reasonable! We were so close to Pisa's Miracle Square that we could visit the square multiple times during the course of the day, while always being no more than 4-5 minutes away from the hotel to take breaks, eat, and let our 2 yr. old nap. The hotel itself is not... more

My sister and I stayed here overnight some time ago and I have to say it was perfect, the staff were superb and the location was better. It is a little down at heel, but the random stairs and quaint bathrooms are part of this hotels undeniable charms. I have no idea if the food we ate in the evening... more

We stayed in this inexpensive hotel for 1 night. The room, like the hotel, was a bit shabby but nothing a fresh lick of paint wouldn't cure. The toilet was very small but served it's purpose for our short stay. The breakfast was quite forgettable (even for a continental breakfast!!). On the plus side I have to say the staff... more

We stayed at Villa Kinzica Pisa for 2 days in July. The hotel is located close to the Leaning Tower. The rooms are air-conditioned. Our room (triple) has wide gap around the door frame. Same thing with the next two rooms. We could hear clearly every word from a TV set in the next room. The carpet was broken in... more

The hotel is perfect for, let's be honest, the only sights of Pisa. You can see the tower from the hotel. It's a bit of a trek from the station if walking, but 5 minutes by cab.Room was fine and interior of hotel full of interesting pictures. Breakfast was fine, lots of Italian staff standing around having a chat loudly.... more

The hotel was great. If you are planning a single night stay in Pisa, do not look any further. The location is great - a five minute walk to the leaning tower, baptistry and duomo. Furthermore, the room we stayed in was large and clean. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but it was sufficient. When we... more

The location of this hotel is really great and we had a very impressive view of the Leaning Tower from our room. That said the room was rather dingy and had a slight musty odour. The airconditioning worked O.K. and the bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was adequate but again rather dingy. The breakfast was just about adequate. Would... more
