Great Service and amenities. Also a wonderful old Renaissance tower building with all the modern services you could ask for. more

We stayed at the Hotel Relais dell'Orologio for a single night after arriving by air in Pisa and en route early the next morning for several nights in Florence. And therin lies the problem. The hotel was lovely, the service was superb, but I now feel that the €229 we spent for the room was probably not the best value... more

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It's in a rennovated palace, beautifully designed with lovely amenities (free tea and cakes, drinks in the late afternoon). Staff is delightful: gracious and helpful. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small, compared to those in the U.S. A lovely place. I would stay again. more

All the members of staffs are very polite, friendly, good looking and helpful. Being a Chinese, I am used to stay in big hotel chains in the Far East. Just returned from a two nights stay at the Relais Dell'Orologio. Wonderful hotel with excellent staff and services. We arrived late in the evening from the airport (only a quick 8 euro taxi ride) and were offered a welcome drink whilst our bags were delivered to our room. After traveling around Italy for ten days, the Relais Dell' Orologio was a great place to spend our last evening. I'm sorry that our trip couldn't begin here but I must acknowledge the pleasant staff, warm accommodations. lovely breakfast room and garden, and excellent location in the heart of Pisa. This is a beautiful hotel, small and quietly tucked into an interesting neighborhood of Pisa. Only minutes from the Leaning Tower and other artistic sites and within walking distance of many charming piazzas and dining and shopping areas. The staff members are cordial and so helpful, especially if you are there for the first time. Service is prompt and dependable.... more

The greeting and helpfulness of the staff make this a great hotel. yes the rooms are small but for a short stay that is fine. free soft drinks in the minibar and a free drink on arrival (because our room wasn't ready which was our fault as we were there 3hrs before we should have been).
