We stayed here for 2 nights and firstly fell foul to the check at another location problem. On the plus side our taxi driver didn't charge us extra. The hotel is perfectly located a few steps away from the Leaning Tower. It could almost be viewed from our window. The Relais was both clean and comfortable with an exceptionally comfortable bed which gave us unexpectedly good nights. The staff were helpful and friendly, something that was not always the case elsewhere. Breakfast was adequate to good. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others

If you arrive at this little hotel one is sent around a maze to their "mother" hotel to sign in and get your keys. After breakfast, they open only automatic doors so no human is around.
