A very lovely hotel for peace and quiet . Spacious rooms with fabulous bathrooms, good restaurant, comfortable pool side loungers. Only 5 mins drive from San Gimignano centre. This is a wonderful hotel, perhaps a bit more laid back and with a lower staff/guest ratio and therefor less efficient than hotels like the Sirenuse at Positano or the Villa San Michele near Florence. but it is still a lovely place to stay, and a good base for exploring this part of Tuscany.
