We loved it! A great place for couples wanting peace and quiet, time by the pool and great views of the Tuscany scenery but who also want to pop out to a decent restaurant not far away. We've been twice and everything was perfect: the location, the beautiful villa, our room. The owners were nice and friendly . A very good value for such a place. We also enjoyed some good food at their restaurant in San Gimignano, Dulcis in fundo. We'll definitely come back. more

Charming, but if you are looking for warmth and hospitality, this is not the place. Rooms were clean; however, website pictures were definitely taken from the best vantage point. Just returned from Tuscany last week after spending a week thier to get married in a nearby town called Certaldo. We booked the Fortezza after seeing it on the internet and then by requesting a qoute from it's owner/manager Cledy via email.
