Our hosts Barbara, Irene and Fabio were super friendly. Excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms, nice swimmingpool. We liked our stay here and can recommend this place to anyone. You can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view on the city, read a book or take a glass of wine. Great !

A very nice residence on the top hill of Toscany overlooking San Gemignano. We stayed for 1 night and we could stay for more! I tis clean and comfort. The breakfast was rich and good. A little hard to get tere without GPS and good navigation qualities.
