Casale Gregoriano is a hidden gem for being centrally located in Tuscany. We stayed there for a week in Sept. 07, and found it perfectly lovely. Do NOT book here for its convenience to San Gimagnano .. although it is extremely close. San Gimagnano, although charming with well-preserved historical sites, is a tourist trap of the first order.
