We stayed 10 days at Villa Ducci in July of this year and we were very satisfied about it. We enjoyed the great Tuscany view from our room and the terrace where breakfast and dinner is being served. The breakfast is Italian basic but from a good quality and dinner is delicious, very good pasta and wine. Due to the... more

Nice stay, but would not return because it wasn't too special. The pool was great (not heated), and the view was amazing. But rooms are too sparse/basic, which may well be the case all over San Gim. Dinner was great or okay. But randomly I had the best pasta of my Italy trip here! House wine was awful. Breakfast got... more

Quiet location with San Gimignano in the distance - a short drive in the car. Very friendly and helpful staff. During summer this would be an excellent place to holiday. Delicious meal in the restaurant at night by candle light. The internet did not work :( more

Stayed here for 4 nights as part of a wider Tuscan touring holiday. The hotel is very good in all respects. Beautifully furnished, it is around 2 km from San Gimignano and is also centrally located for a number of other walled towns in the area. Volterra and Certaldo (which is particularly pretty) are worth a visit. Breakfast is served... more

We stayed 4 days in Villa Ducci and we definitely enjoyed it. The hotel has an ideal location in Tuscany, which is perfect for one-day journeys to some of the most beautiful and fascinating places in the county (Siena, Florence, Volterra). The countryside, with its vineyards and olive trees, is what we enjoyed most. The hotel is set on a... more

The outdoor setting for food is very nice. maybe a 25 mins walk to san giminano, perhaps less if it wasnt so hot, great views of the town from the villa. There... more

We just returned from a 6 night stay at Villa Ducci. Our family's "room" included a master bedroom, bathroom, separate bedroom (with a very sloped roof) and a small kitchen (with sloped roof). The views from our windows were of San Gimignano about 2 km away and the beautiful country side. This was all provided at a very reasonable rate... more

Very nice hotel, was there to check it out as a possible location to hold our wedding. Although it didn't live up to our expectations in that regard is still well worth a visit. Room was very spacious, if a little basic. The wroght-iron headboard & tables combined with the tiled floors give a bit of a feeling of coldness,... more

Nice place to be and spent a couple of days. The rooms and the swimming pool are very beautifull and the view over San Gimignano is wonderfull Personal advise : take your diner outside, the choice and price will be better. Breakfast could be better (poor choice and bad coffee) If you can, have your meals outside because it's sad... more
