We only stayed one night at Hotel Duomo but found the service friendly and the view from our room was beautiful overlooking the Duomo. One downside to this hotel is the difficulty of getting luggage to the room due to the tiny elevator and then flight of stairs that followed. But this is to be expected in a historical place....
