Friendly nuns greet you at the gate and chat at breakfast. Fantastic views over Assisi. Rooms are clean and simple (this is the home town of St. Francisis, afterall), and a fantastic espresso/cappuccino machine. Can't beat the price either! more

I wish commercial hotels were this good. The sisters were very welcoming. The accommodation is basic but very comfortable, each room has a bathroom and our room had such a nice view over the valley and Santa Chiara. Beautiful. more
