We have been their for two weeks with 4 persons of which two boys. Very relaxing place with no (traffic) noise and very, very remote. This was a terrible experience - dirty, noisy, in the middle of nowhere, and the owner is abusive and unprofessional. We left, paying for 5 unused nights at 135 EUR a night. What a mistake! I spent two weeks at Forte Sorgnano in Sept-Oct 2007. Forte Sorgnano is an excellent bargain for fairly independent travelers looking for an Umbrian home base for a week or so. (Short stays not really recommended.)
