La Meridiana has lots of parking space, clean rooms and nice staff. Small pool has a sign that said "no access" and breakfast is good but served in a dark basement. Fast Wifi, but strange Italian rules oblige you to obtain new accesscodes every day.

Straight up I would not recommend anyone stays at the Holiday Inn Perugia. Our stay was part of a Cosmos Tour. A typical Holiday Inn stay. Reasonable sized room, all expected amenities in the room, good breakfast. A long way from the centre of town. Unless on a tour you certainly need a car to be staying here.
