I think we ended up paying somewhere around 150 Swiss Franc and the service was great and the room was very enjoyable. This is a very modern hotel. You must park across the street in a public ramp. A main street car line easily links the hotel location to the old part of town. I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights whilst travelling on business. Checkin was very quick, had a bit of problem with using the lifts, but I think that was me having a silly moment! Just returned from the Ramada Basel ........great hotel with large ultra modern rooms. Floor to ceiling glass wall with great views over the city. Fantastic perspex modern bathroom. Paid £115 for the night not including breakfast and it was well worth the money. Only 10 min walk to the old city. more
