I knew Bern in advance so I picked the hotel based on location, and it is perfect. The hotel itself is very standard, nothing fancy but clean and friendly staff. As hotels in general tend to be quite pricy in Switzerland, I would recommend this for anybody who needs just a base with no fanciness.
