Stayed here for a 3 day conference - and all in all the stay was comfortable. It's a charming resort consisting of old and new buildings in the beautiful rolling hills of Emmental (think cheese) - meaning that you really are in the countryside away from amenties you may be used to.

Conference facilities, service and refreshments were more than acceptable. My only gripe is that facilities for the room can be lacking - it was impossible to obtain an iron (there was none available for fire security reasons??!), and bathroom facilities are, while clean, rather basic. Furthermore, a 'single' room means just that, and I and a number of collleagues had difficult y sleeping in single beds.

Other than though, an acceptable venue.
