La Pergola was a nice place to stay whilst taking in the sights of Bern. It was a little expensive but hey what can you expect when staying anywhere in Switzerland. Great location. the tram station is right in front of the hotel. only 2-3 stops away from old town. near train station as well. the room is small but clean/modern. we paid less than $100/per nite in nov so its a great deal. will def go back. more

This hotel is in a quiet area of Bern but just a 5 minute tram ride from the train station. Very friendly staff, excellent European breakfast, very clean, modern rooms. A great value for the price. more
