Very outdated hotel about 15 mins walk from the old town. Friendly staff and free internet plus parking were useful. Unfortunately Bern is an expensive place and there are limited affordable options. more

There was nothing wrong with this hotel, per se -- clean, affordable, free wireless, computer in lobby, friendly, knowledgeable staff -- but it is a bit far from town center. It took me at least 45 minutes to walk from the train station -- the directions the hotel gave me were horrible. And they never mentioned the #9 tram drops... more

overall this hotel proved allrite for the price. it's easy to find the hotel since the board on the street directs there. the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. location is on a slightly quite street. the rooms were clean. more
