Excellent rooms, very friendly staff, perfect lobby bar to relax and have some tea, a great restaurant in le Sud - basically, whatever you're looking for in a hotel, it's there and to the highest standard. Don't search further when you come to Geneva! More

The hotel is extremely expensive (like everything else in Geneva), but it is on eof the most trusted hotel brands. My room needed a little renovation, but in any case it was a great stay. No bidet. First of all, the hotel offers remarkable service. The location is convenient, the windows overlook the river. There was a vase of flowers... More

The level of service is exceptional. The concierge and reception staff remembers the names of guests at all times, and you really get top-notch service. The bed and the pillows are all very very comfortable. The breakfast menu has a very good selection of everything, and it was nice to enjoy breakfast in the terrace. The concierge is there to... Truly amazing experience. Have never seen such excellent service. Don't ignore the pillow menu, it's something you'll never see anywhere else. Cherry stones is the best. Beware, that wifi costs 25 CHF a day. More

I had to leave for an event just an hour after check in, and needed urgent pressing service. The receptionist showed me to the room, tok my stuff there, and immediately took away my dress. Just 30 minutes later my dress was brought back, looking perfect. First impression was great. There was a personalized welcome letter on the table. About... More

Picky laments or justification to look for another accommodation in Geneva? I suppose I could put my laments, and lauds, in categories. Some are annoyances some are legitimate " off the charters" for any hotel, even starless ones at bargain basement prices. Here is a summary, and I’ll start with the negatives because that is what I like to read... More
