Stayed at the Hermitage on a business trip as everything else in town was booked out. Was at the client the whole time, so wasn't looking for business amenities, but this place was just the pits. Hotel was dark & dingy, room & bathroom wasn't clean, sheets & carpet smelled terrible, the ancient TV worked, but the remote's taped-in batteries...
