This was a standard experience in my view. Request for iron took 2 hours. Restaurant menus were uninspiring and service in all sectors Just Adequate. Workout room had dust bunnies in the corners for all 4 days I was there. Not so clean, pillowcases were torn. Turndown service was nice but nothing special. Bellmen were friendliest. more

The Président Wilson hotel is definately a "must see" in Geneva. My second time at Wilson was a bit better than the first one :-) However still not enough smoking rooms, which means you need to smoke outside. Those which are still existant are on the ground floor. Prices are ourageous for what you purchase, really nothing special more

Nice location, in good condition, concierge staff very attentive, front desk staff below the manager level a little clueless. Expensive and you're not always sure it's worth it.
