My husband and I stayed at the Warwick with our two small children and a friend. The rooms were clean and comfortable (a bit on the small side if compared to some US chains). Only real complaint - one concierge was not very helpful at all - no effort on his part to help us. more

Atrociously impolite staff. Specific booking requests ignored inspite of them having been paid for and arranged before hand.
