I agree it looks twee and too touristy, but it really is excellent value for money with good clean romms and friendly approach. The restaurant is good too, even if you don't like yodelling. More

We stayed At the Edelweiss as part of a Nostalgic trip back to Geneva having lived there for a short time as a child so the twee wood panelling, fondu, yodelling at dinner etc really took me back to the 60s.
