We are at the Churchill at the moment. Definitely not a four star hotel. Very basic with very small single rooms. Staff were ok but not over welcoming with the single exception of a Manager from India who was very professional. The Hotel is well located beside the lake and close to the OldTown. However the Hotel was not what we expected when we booked. more
