Staff dont know english. or You should know french. No instructions in english. You need to stick your room card into a lift slot for it to work. As if I knew that. brilliant hotel. friendly staff, very clean, great rooms, bathrooms are really nice. just outside the centre but you only have to take a bus which leaves from across the road and a tram altogether takes about 15mins to centre. would go back again, really great. more
