After reading good reviews, I booked this hotel on March 2nd for May 22th-29th. When I contacted the hotel on May 4th to re-confirm my stay, the manager replied that this hotel was overbooked due to error in the system and if I would like, I coud complain about him to Obama.

Tor Hotel is situated equidistant between Geneve Cornavin railway station and the lake, within easy walking distance of both. Great location to see citycenter on foot! Clean and modern design inside of age-old and beautiful building. Comfortable room, there is bath tube in bathroom. No hot breakfast, but coffee, tea, toasts and bakery are available as a room service for free.

at 135 CHF for the night this was not the cheapest hotel but the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Placed right in the center of the city and easily accessible from the airport by train this is a good choice if you are travelling through.

Stayed here with family for almost a week, I must say it was a decent hotel, good value for money and the best is the location. Everything is within walking distance if you know where to go. Tucked away on the third floor, the Tor hotel feels like you're entering someone else's living room. We stayed here for two nights before moving on to our main holiday and found it to be perfectly located. The main shops, restaurants the lake and train station were all close by. I would recommend it.
