thhis is the real deal. we had a beautiful suite overlooking the water. the room was stunning. the staff was warm friendly polite and spot on . the bar downstairs was very nice and the bartender was excellent. variety of drinks superb. the breakfast was great. This hotel deserves its excellent rating and everyone would have stayed longer. flawless.

....which you wold expect for the price, its not cheap but its absolutely central, service is faultless. Only gripe is they could include breakfast when you are paying that rate - 300+ CHF per night, breakfast is another 27 CHF. Its certainly worth it and all the meals there were outstanding.

The location is superb, and the view from the rooms facing the river is out of this world! We found the room and bathroom very clean, no carpets which helps for the cleanliness.
