Palace Luzern not only has great location with some breathtaking views but also outstanding service. The staff was not only courteous but genuinely interested in making you stay comfortable. We stayed their with our kids and the entire family had a great time, overall it was a great experience. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luzern.

Walking down to the hotel from the Chaple Bridge set the scene for a special experience. The hotel staff were a delight and having a lake view room was the icing on the cake. Am looking forward to the day I can return. Had room service for dinner one night and the service and presentation were amazing.

I stayed here in June 2012 with two teenaged Grandchildren. The Accommodations were spacious and the location is unbeatable. All Hotel personnel were warm and gracious...and the Breakfast Buffet was delicious. We walked to everything including the Train Station for our arrival and departure. It was a pleasure to experience this magnificent Hotel in this fabulous city.
