We stayed here one night on our way from the alpine region of Switzerland to Zurich...and we were delighted by the city. The location of the hotel is perfect...right above the famous Chapel Bridge. We got a riverfront room with a lovely view. The room was somewhat dark and small, but the view was unbeatable.

Had a great stay at this hotel and enjoyed the view of the river. Got great restaurant reccomendations from the front desk. We had a great time in Lucern also. The breakfast was just OK, but the overall value was very good.

Excellent location- right in front of Chapel bridge and 5 minutes walk across the lake from the station. Clean and comfortable rooms though very spartan. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very polite and spoke fluent English
