We stayed here for two nights and found the the location and the staff to be excellent. Simone was extremely helpful in sorting out our carparking arragements and tickets to Mt Pilatus. Simone was an absolute treat! Very friendly and made us feel welcome on our first night in Europe! Good start to a good trip. Rooms are very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Location good - near to the station and a nice walk from the town centre. We'll definitely return here.

Each member of the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the convenience of the first floor room. The building has beautiful lines and original features, and I found that the simplicity of the decorating style focused attention on the tranquility of the house.
