The Abbey is part of a working natural foods farm. It used to be a place of worship, but financial concerns forced a switch to a bed-and-breakfast-style establishment. It is not a hotel, in the sense that a hotel certification would be impossible for a few reasons, likely including the fact that the rooms don't have keys.
