Good hotel, which I would rate four stars. We had a package from the Tourist office (including guided city walk and dinner at the excellent restaurant on the first floor) – good value for money. We booked this hotel at the last minute whilst visiting the St. Gallen Open Air concert - what a great decision that was. Location wise, the hotel couldn't be better placed - in-between the station area (convenient for those not arriving by car), the shopping areas & the wonderful old Kloster quarter.
