I stayed here in jul 2007 during my first trip to europe and this was the most expensive hotel of all. I had high expectations but was disappointed when we had some problems with the counter staff. the counter staff was rude to us and the lady was not helpful when we asked for directions. I stayed there in October 2006. The hotel is very clean, rooms are very basic but comfortable. They have showers with great water pressure. Two things of note: 1. Breakfast is included in the rate, and is really good for a hotel in this price range. A full hot breakfast, with lots of choices: cereals, meats, cheeses, bacon, eggs, breads,... more

I was at the "BW Bahnoff" just for one night but it was a good experience. The hotel is placed just in front of the train station (bahnoff) so is easy to find and is a real good place as you are in the shopping area of the city.
