In the cosy "Gaststube" you meet locals mixed with celebrities and the innkeeper Widmer is mostly there sitting at the wooden round table. We stayed for three nights in July and were very happy. This is a great hotel for a three star, with a location in the middle of the pedestrian-only zone, and an excellent value for Gstaad. Had 5 days in the Rossli B & B. Nice refurbished rooms, good staff on reception. Breakfast could have been a bit more exciting. Great food and atmosphere in the Stubli for dinner, would recommend this hotel for it's position and not too expensive for Gstaad. more
