Very dissapointed in the quality of room, and not cheap either! Don't know how they are affiliated with "Best Western" Tiny shower comparable to cheap cabin on a cruise ship. I stayed in this hotel last week and was looking for a good break. Altough the location of the Hotel was good - I am very disappointed with the Room and the Service. Hotel Staff was minimal and was very very rude and non-supportive. I would not recommend this Hotel. Stay out of it. more

The hotel is located across the street from the Interlaken West train station. For those that wish to take the Jungfraujoch railway, the trains originate from the Interlaken Ost station.
