Hotel is well located for shops and quite near the Interlaken West train station. Unfortunately, most sightseeing trips leave from the Interlaken Ost train station which is a bus stop away. This hotel is full of group tourists and they keep the receptionist very busy until they don't have time to talk to you properly. The room i was given is at the penhouse of the new building.
