We stayed at Schleusenhaus for two weeks in June 2012. It is a spacious, basic accommodation that served us well for all the touring that we wished to do. It was not necessary to rent a car and we used our Swiss passes on the trains to go everywhere we wanted to go. We never even needed a taxi.
