Quite unpleasant stay, had planned to be there for a few days but escaped after the first night.The receptionnist tried to overcharge me on several counts ie price of double accupancy whereas i was on my own, commissions on jungfrau tickets (a practice forbidden by the emitting railways). Just not worth the money. Peculiar stink everywhere in the hotel. the mattresses are real hard(yoou wont be able to sleep). There is no double bed at all... a double room consists of two single beds joined with a big divider in between( couples on holiday please do not get in here... ur trip will be doomed). Located very close to the Interlaken West station but a little far from the main street. Weather permitting, onc can even see the jungfrouch range from there. Rooms are very spacious and the hotel is very clean. The bed was the only disappointment as 2 singles were joined to make a double bed. more
