I think the Derby is a hidden gem in a place where the cfr doesn't go very far. The room was neat clean and of good size. We had a family room and a double room at the Derby. The double was nice, but small, and the family was a good size. The family room had two twin beds pushed together and a ser of built-in bunk beds. The family running the hotel was friendly and helpful- the breakfast was good. We appreciate the free internet.

This is a lovely hotel; a bit of a "bed and breakfast"-hotel cross. I believe the owner lived in the facility which had a small, but wonderfully kept back yard.
