When we 1st arrived i was instantly impressed by the friendliness of the receptionist on the telephone and the pleasant manner and prompt arrival of the porter who recused us from the rain at the station. I've been to several hotels in Wengen but this was the best. The staff couldn't do enough for us e.g. on-line check-in, room tea-tray on request. The food was remarkable and the Expedia rate for half board very competitive. We will return more

This was my second visit to Wengen but my first to Hotel Wengenerhof. Unfortunately, I was not impressed at all. Reasons for these are: - There are hardly any English TV channels - only CNN & BBC Prime. This is a great hotel. I stayed here with a mate in early September 2008. The position is fabulous, just off the main street with superb views from the rooms at the front of the hotel.
