Our family has been at the Panarosa for one week in pre Eastern 2004.
Rated a 3 stars hotel, our impression was more a four stars. Very spacious the splitt level apartements (62 qm) with two bedrooms. The dinner is fabulous. The whole hotel is very well attended by their owners Mr. and Mrs. Trippel. Very recomendable for families.
