Spent one night here while in Locarno and found the hotel to very friendly. The owners spoke good English although some of the other staff didn't but everyone did everything that they could to make our stay great.

It's not the most modern place but it is very clean, had a good en-suite with shower and a balcony (where you could see the lake at a stretch!). Even got a voucher for a free drink included in the restaurant next door.

Breakfast was a continental buffet affair on the balcony, great in sunny weather. Again not the most comprehensive menu but perfectly acceptable for the price.

They were helpful in letting us store our luggage even though we had checked out, sorted out buses and timetables to get to our bungee jump and were generally all round great people.
