Highly recommend this hotel for it's great location and reasonable rates. The breakfast is fantastic and the bar is very nice for either inside or a balcony drink with free wi/fi at the bar. I would return to this hotel again when in Lugano.

Courtyard room quiet ,rather dark with air con. No fridge or kettle though. Bathroom excellent with bath tub,foot cleaner, hairdryer,soaps etc. Hotel worth a look around. Nice pool, with some views of lake, bar really nice with classic look with balcony. Walks to mont salvador easy along waterfront then furnicular. Overall, pleasant experience with serene views of lake.
