I got an extra bed in our small room (215) situated in front of the parking, behind the building. My son (18 years old) complained about his back when he was lying on the bed...the basement of the bed was destroyed!! The neighbors door awake the family at around 24:00!! more

this was part of trafalgar tours best of switzerland - it was a nice hotel near the waterfront - the included dinner was good - the breakfast buffet was good - ther was just a comforter on the bed - i would stay here again more

I am platinum Ambassdor and have to say this is the worst Holiday Inn i have ever had the misfortune to stay in. I cannot believe that this can trade as a 4 star the Hotel from entering the reception area it has a terrible odour and the wallpaper in the hallways are hanging off the wall in many places.... more

I do not know how this hotel can be a 4 star hotel. It is really bad and dirty. In fact the worst 4 star hotel I've have seen. There are lot of hotels in Lugano. Do not hesitate: choose another one! more
