Hotel is quite pleasant. Squash court - requires serious renovation. Not for serious games. Unfortunately, we were cheated there - we were charged double for our dinners, and there seems to be no way to get our money back. Apparently, it was our resposibility to realise that we may be charged double. We were very angry in the end. more

excellent hotel, excellent staff. the view on the lake was breathtaking. the suite is really big and spacious and you get the feeling that you are in your own home. more

Good rooms and friendly staff. We had a non-smoking suite which gave us plenty of room and had two balconies. It was cleaned regularly and kept tidy for us. The hotel is placed in a nice little Lugano suburb up on a hill with a great view of the lake and the city center. Lovely hotel, if I go back to Lugano I would definately stay again. I booked a lake view but ended up with a balcony at the back and at the front of the hotel!
