We really enjoyed our time there...having 3 children under 6 is a challenge anywhere we go; however this hotel accommodated us quite well. Large suite with a lake view, no charge for the children to eat (we had half-board), food was delicious. Room was clean and large as was the bathroom. The reservation lady was very nice and explaned that on weekends (off season) there were nice special offers as the sunday roulette - at only 199.- you can get a suite room. Hotel is quite pleasant. Squash court - requires serious renovation. Not for serious games. Unfortunately, we were cheated there - we were charged double for our dinners, and there seems to be no way to get our money back. Apparently, it was our resposibility to realise that we may be charged double. We were very angry in the end. more

Good rooms and friendly staff. We had a non-smoking suite which gave us plenty of room and had two balconies. It was cleaned regularly and kept tidy for us.
