This was a great inexpensive hotel in the lovely town of Sion. The staff was very friendly, the food in the onsite restaurant was fantastic (the portions were huge!), and the room and bathroom were both very large and comfortable. The only problem was the parking...this place is very popular so you may have a problem finding a parking spot. more

Stayed here for visit to Grand Dixon Dam only and so it was perfect for that purpose. Meal in restaurant OK but would not repeat the experience, service pleasant though. Poor exchange rate does make value for money poor, although not fault of staff who were excellent. more

To begin with, the hotel is NOT in central Sion, it is about a 20-minute walk along major arteries. Modern Ibis motel on the Rhone Valley floor. Situated in a commercial area but with splendid views of the Alps all round. Efficient check-in and ample free parking. My wife and I stayed for two nights in August, the location for us was great, the rooms and hotel as expected, the staff very helpfull and polite, exactly as expected from Ibis, good value. more

Very friendly helpful staff, easy to find if you are not looking city centre, but only a very short drive if you are. Best value for money in the area, have stayed there several times. more
