Except the good view from our room and balcony, nothing we appreciate. No one served us, unhelpful and strange host, bad breakfast. It is our last stay in switzerland but we are so disappointed to this hotel. more

Found this little gem while strolling in Zermatt. It's a short walk from the main street and the train station. The river runs right beside the hotel. Our room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the river, so we didn't notice the sound. Our separate, private bathroom was on the river side and we opened the window... more
