The hotel is nice, clean, breafast is good but service is inexistant as the reception is only occupied some time during the day. It is also a bit further outside of the city if you arrive by train in the winter with a lot of gear it can be tiring to get there.

Little to fault here - hotels are not cheap here but this was good value. Some way out of town, but near ski lifts.

Really nice hotel with big clean rooms and great views of the Matterhorn. Its no fuss and good value. Its a little further out of town, but great spot to ski to the front door. Just a bit of a walk at night to the bars etc. Thoroughly recommend.
