Mr. Antonio made us feel very welcomed as we arrived and helped us to our room. He was very funny, spoke perfect english and we really enjoyed him. The hotel offers truly good value for money. It is a short walk from the train station and the Gornergrat station, with a few small steps to negotiate towards the end.
