Once again we booked up for our winter ski holiday at the Ambassador week ending 14/02/2009. As last year we had a great time with no complaints what so ever. This hotel was really disappointing for the price. The rooms are grim. The bar and foyer is extremely dowdy and dull. We only had breakfast there and it was about as far removed from fresh healthy alpen fare as you could get. The only good thing is the location which is reasonably handy to the Gornergrat railway. more
